A purchase problem should be easy to raise. Contact support@audiomaxxing.com with your checkout email and order reference. Do not send your card details.
Payment and order help
Purchases are sold through Link using Stripe Managed Payments. Your receipt identifies the merchant and transaction terms. You can also contact Link transaction support or manage your order at Link. We handle product and licence questions and help coordinate payment issues.
Consumer withdrawal rights
Where the statutory cooling-off right applies, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of entering the digital-content contract. Send a clear statement before the deadline, using the online function below, email or post to Unfair Advantage Ltd, Meleti 2C, 8570 Pegeyia, Cyprus. Other rights or longer periods required by applicable law remain available.
For digital content, loss of that right requires the legally required prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation when supply begins. Downloading or activating the plugin alone is not treated by these website terms as a waiver.
If a valid statutory withdrawal requires a refund, it is made without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline, normally 14 days from notice, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee. The merchant processes the payment refund; bank posting times can vary.
Faults and compatibility
If the plugin does not work as promised, email your OS, DAW and plugin versions and a description of the issue. You retain remedies for non-conforming digital content, including correction, price reduction or termination/refund where the legal conditions are met. Using the trial does not remove these rights.
Subscription cancellation
To stop a future renewal, open your account and select Manage billing on that subscription, or use Link. The portal confirms when cancellation takes effect. Cancellation of renewal and withdrawal from a purchase are separate actions. Request any refund explicitly.
A full refund switches off the associated licence. A payment dispute can also suspend or revoke access while it is handled. Contact us if a restriction is incorrect.
Withdraw from your contract
You do not need to sign in. Tell us which purchase you are withdrawing from and where to send confirmation. You can review your statement before submitting.
Submission records your notice. We then identify the order and apply the relevant rights; this form does not automatically charge, refund or cancel a subscription.
